A unique bar and dining experience in Macclesfield is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead kitchen operations. You will oversee the team, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety while managing a balanced work environment. This role is perfect for a Sous Chef ready to progress in their career. 48 hours a week with two days off together.

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As a Kitchen Manager will be required to oversee the day-to-day activities of the kitchen. You will be knowledgeable about all the dishes on our menu and be able to to turn out mouth-watering dishes with ease, within all sections of the kitchen. You will enjoy delivering excellent standards always, in a friendly and supportive environment. A leader and mentor to your brigade, you will also be passionate about their training and continued development.
