  • Work one‑to‑one or with small groups of students with diverse learning needs.
  • Help prepare teaching resources and support classroom activities.
  • Encourage participation, confidence, and curiosity in every pupil.
  • Assist with behaviour management and help maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Supervise students during break times and school trips.
  • Collaborate with staff to share ideas, strategies and best practices.
  • Keep accurate records of student progress and achievements.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
  • Patience, empathy and understanding of children's individual needs.
  • A team player who can also work independently when required.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
