This is an opportunity to apply clinical credibility, commercial insight and strong stakeholder engagement skills in a specialist therapeutic area where your work will directly support better outcomes for people living with HIV.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HIV treatment field activities in your territory and act as the primary account contact, ensuring effective coordination with cross‑functional colleagues.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with national brand strategies, setting clear objectives and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders in hospitals, specialist services and commissioning bodies.
  • Deliver credible and engaging clinical discussions with healthcare professionals and use an omnichannel engagement approach to promote appropriate use of our treatment portfolio.
  • Gather and share local market insights on opportunities and barriers to inform business strategy.
  • Monitor and report on execution of account plans and KPIs, using data and commercial acumen to meet objectives within budget.
  • Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Brand and other teams to support advocacy, share best practice and deliver pilot initiatives.
  • Work in accordance with ViiV values, compliance standards and commercial objectives.
Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering value‑based engagement and brand strategy in specialist care settings or hospitals.
  • Strong strategic account management skills, including stakeholder mapping and negotiation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage at all levels of healthcare.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical capability to interpret data and develop account plans.
  • Experience working in cross‑functional teams with Medical, Market Access and Brand colleagues.
  • Proficiency in digital engagement tools and a clear understanding of relevant compliance frameworks.
  • Comfortable working in a complex, evolving environment and adapting priorities accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in HIV treatment or other infectious diseases.
