Key Account Manager - eCommerce Fulfilment

Location: Hybrid (extensive UK&I travel required)

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + commission

We are excited to partner with a fast-growing fulfilment and logistics business that supports some of the UK and Ireland's most exciting eCommerce and omnichannel brands. Their mission is simple - to make fulfilment an extension of the customer experience, combining technology, precision and exceptional service.

As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the glue between clients and operations, ensuring outstanding service while driving growth across key accounts. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, operations teams, and logistics partners to strengthen relationships, deliver performance, and unlock new commercial opportunities. What you'll be doing
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of eCommerce brands, managing all aspects of client relationships
  • Lead monthly and quarterly reviews, preparing reports and insights that drive retention and growth
  • Monitor fulfilment performance, identify trends, and resolve challenges quickly and effectively
  • Support pricing, forecasting, and margin analysis to ensure account profitability
  • Identify and implement service improvements or new solutions that enhance client satisfaction
What we're looking for
  • 4+ years of experience managing key or strategic accounts within an eCom logistics and fulfilment
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce operations - including fulfilment, shipping, and returns
  • Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Commercially aware, comfortable analysing data, pricing, and service metrics
  • Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused. Able to anticipate challenges before they arise
  • Experience with CRM and WMS systems (e.g., ZoHo, Mintsoft, or similar)
