Job Description
The Key Account Manager will be
- Ensuring client satisfaction across products, services, and overall customer experience
- Developing and executing strategic account plans, including identifying growth opportunities, setting pricing structures, managing project pipelines, and guiding commercial development
- Supporting the onboarding of new business and driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and innovation aligned with client needs
- Reporting on sales forecasts, demand planning, and profit & loss for each account; delivering against individual KPI targets
- Serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts: resolving issues, managing escalations, and coordinating with supply chain, logistics, and service teams to maintain smooth operations
- Representing the Company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events; occasionally hosting or entertaining clients to reinforce strategic relationships
The Successful Applicant
A successful Key Account Manager should have:
- Track record in Key Account Management, ideally within Manufacturing, Pharma,
- Strong background in account planning, commercial negotiations, and client relationship management
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- knowledge of aerosols ideally and/or track record of being a KAM in a production environment, either with medical devices or household products
