What You’ll Be Doing as a Key Account Manager

• Supporting the growth and retention of customer relationships.
• Providing a high-quality customer experience by engaging proactively and reactively to ensure customer success.
• Researching customer businesses, identifying key stakeholders, and building positive experiences with Frontline and Chubb.
• Elevating the Frontline/Chubb Client Value Proposition (CVP) within the complex enterprise marketplace.
• Differentiating Frontline through insightful and relevant CVPs that add value to customers’ businesses.
• Engaging key stakeholders to invest in proposals that demonstrate clear benefits.
• Sharing and discussing unconsidered needs to increase customer value.
• Preparing persuasive discussion points to showcase the benefits of Frontline/Chubb CVPs.
• Collaborating with sales and support teams to share insights and accelerate success.
• Achieving sales targets for margin, revenue, and renewals.
