What experience do you have managing Amazon Vendor Central, and how do you ensure operational excellence while collaborating with internal teams such as Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing and Finance?
Can you share an example of how you’ve identified a commercial opportunity or risk within an account and translated insight into a clear action plan that delivered measurable results?
We are looking for a commercially driven and analytically minded Key Account Manager – Digital to join our Sales team and drive growth across key UK customers.
You will play a pivotal role in managing profitability, analysing performance data and developing accounts within the Digital & Stationery channels especially. Your ability to work with digital tools, Excel and commercial insights will be central to your success.
The successful candidate will have experience with Amazon Vendor Central, demonstrating the ability to manage day‑to‑day operations, resolve tickets efficiently, and ensure seamless collaboration across departments, including, but not limited to Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing and Finance, to uphold best practice.
