The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apache Kafka, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Java, Spring MVC, Spring Core, and the Spring Framework. London hybrid-based role with 2/3 times per week at the office.

Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Define and implement robust, scalable architecture using Kafka, Spring Cloud, and Spring Boot.
• Ensure seamless integration of systems leveraging Spring Integration and Java technologies.

Development & Quality

• Develop and maintain high-quality code using Spring MVC and Spring Core to optimize application performance.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Performance & Compliance

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, especially in Telecom and Billing domains.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools to enhance architecture and processes.
