We are seeking a Junior Womenswear Designer with a focus on Tops to support the Head of Design in reflecting the creative vision of the brand and delivering the commercial strategy of the business plan.

Responsibilities
  • Design Top categories and support on all other design categories as needed
  • Conceptualize the Tops range and pull together seasonal research
  • Source fabrics within the department and gain sales momentum on above categories
  • Complete spec sheets and technical packs, attend fit sessions, and manage the critical path
  • Work closely with various teams to maintain consistency of quality and fit across the product range
  • Assist backstage at the showing of the latest collection
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in womenswear woven category
  • Ability to sketch by hand & with computer, experience with PLM or PDM
  • Proficiency in 3D work, CAD, eye for prints, textiles & embroideries/embellishment
  • Pro‑active, flexible, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
Day‑to‑day

The Junior Womenswear Designer will be responsible for designing, sourcing fabrics, attending fit sessions, and managing the critical path to ensure effective and timely sign off process.
