Earn a £45–50k salary (DOE), with up to 20% bonus (not sales-based). They guarantee a minimum first-year bonus of £4,000, and offer a full benefits package:

The Role
• 4 or 5 day week – flexible
• 1 in 4 weekends
• No OOH, on-call, or Bank Holidays
• 15-minute consults
• Case continuity guaranteed – clients are matched to “their” vet
• Full clinical autonomy, supported by an experienced team
• Modern, fully equipped facility (laparoscopy, digital DR X-ray, dental X-ray, ultrasound, dedicated cat/dog kennels)
• Accredited Veterinary Nurse Training Centre
