We are seeking a Junior Talent Partner to join our UK & Ireland Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment experience-whether in-house or agency-who is eager to develop their skills within a dynamic and collaborative Talent Acquisition function.

Reporting to the UK & Ireland Talent Acquisition Country Lead, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across multiple business areas, partnering closely with HR leaders, hiring managers, and fellow talent team members. This is an ongoing temporary role and you will be hired via our agency partner NES Fircroft.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Support the UK & Ireland Talent team with recruitment administration tasks, including job postings, CV longlisting, and interview coordination.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level roles, guiding hiring managers through the process from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with Senior Talent Partners on recruitment campaigns, aligning sourcing strategies with business needs.
  • Advise and support managers throughout the interview and selection process.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local recruitment processes while addressing business needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Qualifications for the Role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience handling high-volume recruitment and filling challenging roles within tight timelines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.
  • A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
