Responsibilities
  • Maintaining high food quality standards through tastings and refining techniques
  • Managing the stock take process
  • Assisting in project management for upcoming events
  • Assisting with the preparation of labour planners and staff rotas
  • Providing ongoing support to the Head Chef in managing day-to-day operations, including food cost control, labour cost management, and reducing waste
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie/Junior Sous Chef equivalent role with a strong culinary background
  • Demonstrated skill in preparing a diverse range of high-quality dishes
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • A creative approach to menu planning and presentation
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekend
  • Genuine interest and enthusiasm for working in the events industry
