Junior Sous Chef Fine Dining Pub Stamford Lincolnshire

Great opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef join this award winning Gastro Pub and Restaurant. Working under the guidance of a Michelin-trained Head Chef the role of Junior Sous Chef will involve assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen on a daily basis. The Head Chef is happy to train a good Chef de Partie into this role, so if you have good all round experience and are keen to move to the next level in your career then this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the smooth running of the kitchen on a daily basis under the guidance of a Michelin-trained Head Chef.
• Support and train a good Chef de Partie to move into the Junior Sous Chef role.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Ideally live in Stamford, Colsterworth, Bourne, or possibly Oakham area with own transport.
• Legal right to work in the UK; sponsorship or work visas are not available.
