A distinguished, award-winning restaurant in Surbiton is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie or ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join its talented brigade. This is a chance to contribute to a menu of contemporary French cuisine in an environment that values consistency, creativity, and a balanced rota.

The Restaurant & Role

A well-established, family-run restaurant with a two-Rosette standard of modern French-inspired cuisine.

Focus on exceptional seasonal produce and delivering a memorable guest experience in a relaxed setting.

Structured 5-day working week across 7 shifts : 1 early, 2 late, and 2 double shifts.

The restaurant is closed every Sunday and Monday, guaranteeing regular weekends off.

Work within a brigade of approximately 10 chefs, offering a supportive and professional kitchen environment.

The Ideal Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within a fine-dining or Rosette-awarded kitchen.
  • Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards during service.
