A healthcare provider in Haverfordwest seeks an experienced Junior Sister/Charge Nurse for the Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will possess strong emergency nursing experience, leadership skills, and a current NMC registration. Junior Sister/Charge Nurse Emergency & Urgent Care Centre

We are looking for an experienced Emergency Nurse who is interested in developing their skills in the role of Junior Sister / Charge Nurse at Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest.

The role combines clinical practice (care-coordination), leadership and management and supervision of the Emergency Department nursing team. Not only will you be a role model to the staff, you will be designing and preparing the team for the challenges of the future.

Main duties of the job

Applicants should have recent Emergency Nursing experience and able to demonstrate evidence of care coordination, clinical competence in triage, critical care assessment and supervisory management.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
