Key responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Execute and oversee a variety of sales and marketing campaigns for our clients, ensuring they meet performance and quality targets.
  • Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and lead a small team of sales representatives, setting daily goals and monitoring results to ensure success.
  • Client Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates, insights, and recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and market expansion, helping clients reach wider audiences.
  • Data and Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on campaign results — using data to drive improvements and strategic decisions.
  • Operational Support: Assist senior managers in planning and implementing daily operations across multiple projects.
  • Networking & Events: Attend national and international business conferences, training workshops, and client meetings, representing Baltic and Co on a professional level.
  • Leadership Development: Take part in ongoing mentoring and management training designed to prepare you for future senior roles.

This role is highly interactive and varied — no two days are the same.
