Overview

A leading specialist contractor is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the business, working on passive fire protection contracts with project values of up to £6m. You will be based in their London office, working with an exceptionally strong, supportive team and gain experience across a variety of complex projects.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with measurement and valuation of works
  • Supporting preparation of cost reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Managing variations and assisting with commercial correspondence
  • Helping prepare final accounts and supporting contract administration
  • Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
  • Learning and applying knowledge of passive fire protection systems
About You
  • 18 months Quantity Surveying experience
  • Previous experience in the passive fire protection sector
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
