Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Site Manager or Assistant PM role within the London fit-out market.
• Proven experience in Cat A and Cat B commercial office interiors.
• Proactive mindset with ambition to manage projects within 12-18 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day progress of fit-out projects ranging from £1m to £10m.
• Assist in developing and maintaining detailed project programmes.
• Lead progress meetings and ensure health & safety compliance.
• Work with the QS to manage variations and cost reporting.
• Act as a key contact for architects, designers, and clients.
