Zinc serves clients across commercial real estate, retail and security, facilities management, and others. With investment backing and strong market traction, we are scaling rapidly and looking for talented people to help us grow.

We are looking for a highly organised, technically minded coordinator to support project delivery and drive operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Junior Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end delivery of onboarding customers to our software, as well as internal projects to support the business. This includes coordinating implementation activities, managing project documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, facilitating technical onboarding tasks, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Contributing to client mobilisations, you will perform system configuration using UI tools to import client data, build customised workflows, set up automated notifications, create communication templates, dashboards, and more!

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working with software platforms, is able to communicate and work with others, is enthusiastic and willing to learn, and wants the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager or Delivery Lead position.

  • Enthusiastic with a professional attitude and a desire to get things done!
Desirables
  • Experience working within project delivery and/or some form of technical or customer support role.
  • Experience working as part of a team and communicating with customers.
  • Experience using and working with software platforms.
  • Understanding of APIs, data formats (.csv / .json), or technical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Notion, Asana, Mondays, or similar.
  • Certifications (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Foundation, PMP) are a plus but not essential.
What we offer
  • Competitive salary (dependent on skills and experience).
  • Hybrid or remote working flexibility.
  • 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
