Job description
- Collection confirmation & posting into system
- Invoice Check, collection/credit confirmation & release
- Monthly promo cost analysis and update approved SKU wise promotion into invoicing system
- Bill provision (daily/weekly/monthly) into accounting system (SAP)
- Assist legal team in preparing legal documents for default customers
- Monthly balance confirmation sends to Customer
- Preparation of weekly credit ageing report
- Any other task assigned by reporting manager
