We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic junior candidate, ideally a recent graduate or school leaver, to join a close-knit team as a Junior Office Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong IT skills, excellent organisation, and a genuine eagerness to learn.

In this varied support role, you’ll work closely with the team to help keep key processes running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to the full range of office functions while developing valuable skills in administration, client service and candidate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling calls, interviews and meetings across multiple time zones
  • Posting adverts and assisting with updates across online platforms
  • Tracking documents and managing follow‑ups
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring the database is up to date
  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to boost team productivity
  • Assisting with ad‑hoc projects within our collaborative team

Schedule

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
