As a Junior People Business Partner, you will report into the Head of HR and work closely with our People Business Partners to deliver an exceptional employee experience across Red Bull UK. You'll support day-to-day People operations while building the capabilities and confidence to grow into a trusted advisor. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with People Business Partners to support Functional Leaders across core HR processes and initiatives.
  • Provide first-line HR support and guidance to line managers for complex cases; support coaching conversations by preparing data, insights and documentation.
  • Support the planning and execution of talent review and succession processes.
  • Coordinate learning and development activities, workshops and onboarding for new joiners; help maintain talent pipelines and track development plans across your area.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Support hiring managers with onboarding processes, including system updates and induction planning; provide feedback on recruitment processes to enhance inclusivity and consistency.
  • Help deliver engagement initiatives and feedback cycles (e.g., surveys, action planning).
  • Assist with internal communications to keep teams informed and inspired; support DEI activities and cultural events across the business.
  • Contribute to cross-functional people projects, from process improvements to culture-building campaigns.
  • Stay informed on best practices and People trends to bring fresh thinking to the team.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a generalist HR, HR coordinator, or junior business partnering role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You're confident working with people at all levels.
  • Curious, proactive and willing to learn from others.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data handling.
  • Understanding of employment law principles and HR best practice.
  • A values-driven mindset with a passion for people and culture.
