A growing Wealth Management firm in Edinburgh is seeking a Trainee Financial Adviser or Junior Adviser to build their client base and transition into financial advice. Candidates should have a diploma and relevant industry experience, with support for a successful transition into the role. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits, including negotiable OTE earnings.
An expanding Wealth Management firm is recruiting for a Trainee Financial Adviser, or Junior/Associate Adviser, with a view to acquiring existing clients and developing their client base over time.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated diploma-qualified individual with industry experience to transition into Financial Advice, obtain their CAS status, and grow an existing client base. It is also ideal for an experienced paraplanner looking to take the next step. The firm may also consider someone close to obtaining their diploma, currently working within an IFA as a paraplanner or adviser, seeking to move away from a tied environment.
The company has grown significantly in recent years, expanding its already impressive client portfolio. Their reputation for quality service has led to continued growth, primarily through referrals and enquiries.
The firm seeks an ambitious, client-focused, and motivated individual with diploma and client management experience to train as an adviser. Alternatively, a paraplanner or someone seeking to transition from a corporate environment to learn more about different products is also suitable. Support will be provided during the transition, including an initial period of up to a year if necessary, to help new advisers learn the ropes, especially for those moving straight into advice roles without prior experience.
The role offers a competitive salary, benefits package, clients, and OTE earnings, all negotiable. Interested candidates are encouraged to contact Alison Curran promptly for a confidential discussion.
