  • Drive commercial insight through performance reports.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and communicated.

Job Overview

Edgewell Personal Care is seeking an experienced finance professional to join the Regional Finance team. The role reports to the Regional Senior Finance Manager and focuses on business partnering, month‑end close, corporate planning and reporting. Candidates will drive accuracy, forecasting and process improvements across the North‑American portfolio.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate P&L and Balance Sheet statements in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Proactively manage deflator accruals and releases to reflect commercial phasing and agreements.
  • Journal month‑end close entries and review with local teams to ensure completeness and quality.
  • Collaborate on corporate budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning (QF, Budget, Strat Plan).
  • Support reporting and analysis to senior leadership, including price, volume and mix models.
  • Assist with the implementation of the EU Digital Channel and manage digital advertising and promotion spend.
  • Produce YTD and YTG performance reports and analysis to drive commercial insight.
  • Ensure corporate deadlines are identified, communicated to the business and met.
  • Conduct overhead analysis and align forecast spend with target.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
  • Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA) mandatory; ACCA/CIMA preferred.
  • Accounting or finance analyst experience preferred; experience in multinational consumer goods environment an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and business‑partnering abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and able to thrive in a dynamic, global team.
