Key Responsibilities:

• 🔹 Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & Reactive Maintenance
• 🔹 Fault finding & troubleshooting
• 🔹 Conduct emergency light & fire alarm testing
• 🔹 Maintain plant rooms, pumps, and motors
• 🔹 Service air handling units & fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
• 🔹 Carry out general plumbing tasks (e.g., unblocking toilets)
• 🔹 Maintain up-to-date maintenance logbooks
• 🔹 Handle client-facing responsibilities
