Job description

We are looking for a Junior Digital Designer to join Team OB in our Support Office. As a Junior Digital Designer at OB, you will report to the Head of Digital Design and work on various projects, assisting the Ecommerce team with imagery and marketing assets for digital platforms.

You should be a team player comfortable collaborating cross-departmentally and able to work independently. The role requires adapting to a fast-paced environment, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for digital design, you'll work across multiple digital touchpoints, pushing creative boundaries and challenging designs for improvement.

Our Support Office is located in Tolworth, near Chessington, just a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. We offer hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with flexibility discussions welcomed.

Role responsibilities
  • Support the Digital Design team in managing UK and international website operations.
  • Create engaging static and animated digital assets.
  • Design responsive, mobile-first layouts and update web pages regularly.
  • Maintain editorial content with the content team.
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Organize project files and ensure timely delivery of quality work.
  • Revise designs based on feedback.
  • Work independently and collaboratively.
  • Assist with email campaigns and updates in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team.
  • Coordinate with Content team on briefs, assets, and timelines.
  • Share innovative ideas and communicate concepts confidently.
  • Stay informed on design trends and incorporate new ideas.

**Required skills:** Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), familiarity with Figma, knowledge of HTML and CSS, excellent project management skills, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
