Job description

The Junior Design & Support Executive works on special projects laying out websites for business clients and handing over the projects directly to the business customer. To succeed, the designer on the team uses codeless website technology to lay out sites, create t-shirt designs, web visuals and banners, for both pitching, training and on live consumer-facing projects. The role is collaborative, working often with the client's own ecommerce and design team to build demos and deliver ongoing remote support. Bring a forward‑thinking approach to leveraging AI technologies, driving innovation and efficiency across all aspects of your work while continuously exploring new ways to integrate intelligent solutions into everything you do.

Responsibilities
  • Use photoshop to mock up images, banners, web graphics
  • Use photoshop/illustrator to create t-shirt designs
  • Lay out websites, following brand guidelines
  • Speaking to customers
  • Writing tutorials and delivering handover training to business users, and providing ongoing live chat support to customers and clients
  • First and second line support, with the ability to answer basic and intermediate product questions and transfer knowhow
  • Practical day to day responsibility for ensuring customers are kept updated, managing calendars, and any other ad hoc jobs that might be required to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • An appetite for developing a learning of products, sales, and creative solutions
