Role

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in turning data into actionable insights. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support reporting, analysis, and data quality initiatives across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for data to develop their career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Extraction & Preparation: Collect, clean, and transform data from Odoo and other internal systems, leveraging Azure Databricks for data processing.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI as the primary BI tool.
  • Data Quality Monitoring: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across multiple sources.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business teams to understand requirements and deliver timely, actionable insights.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accessibility.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong Excel skills and basic SQL knowledge.
  • Hands‑on experience or familiarity with Power BI (essential) and Azure Databricks (desirable).
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent experience.
Desirable (nice to have)
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes or data warehousing concepts.
  • Understanding of Odoo ERP or similar business systems.
  • Interest in IoT, telematics, or insurance technology.
