Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a fantastic opportunity within a well-respected London Council for a junior Locum Contracts & Procurement Lawyer to join their team.
The assignment will begin on an initial 3 month contract, but will be extended on a rolling basis. This role is full-time, and the successful Contracts Lawyer will be required to attend the offices in London up to two days per week. Our client will also consider candidates who are able to attend the office one day per week, but fully remote working is not possible.
Our client is looking for a junior Contracts & Procurement Lawyer with hands‑on experience of working within the Public Sector, ideally within a Local Authority. This role would be suited to a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive. The candidate can be newly qualified.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of public procurement and experience of dealing with a range of local government contracts.
The successful candidate will be joining a really friendly and supportive team, and on offer is a competitive hourly rate and flexible working arrangements.
