We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Buyer to join our Buying team, with a focus on sourcing products from international markets. If you have a passion for product discovery, experience in procurement, and an interest in global trade — this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Buyer, you'll support the full buying cycle — from identifying new product opportunities overseas to working with suppliers and internal teams to bring them to market. You'll play a key role in ensuring we deliver high-quality products on time, at the right cost, and with maximum impact.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing innovative products and new suppliers from global markets
  • Support negotiations on price, terms, and contracts to maximise value
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international manufacturers and vendors
  • Track shipping schedules and lead times to ensure timely product delivery
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
  • Contribute to buying plans, cost analyses, and sales forecasting
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth product launches
  • Manage key administrative tasks: raising POs, maintaining supplier records, updating systems
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and ethical sourcing policies
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident negotiator with the ability to work with overseas suppliers
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and procurement systems
What We Offer
  • Hands-on experience in global buying and supplier management
  • Ongoing training and mentorship from experienced Buyers
  • A clear pathway for career development within a growing team
  • Direct exposure to international markets and sourcing strategies
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
