A niche 2 partner Chartered Accountancy firm, based in North West London, member of the HAT Group of Accountants, is looking to recruit a junior bookkeeper. Client sectors range across a variety of areas including Retail, Technology, and Manufacturing. You will be working mainly on small sized clients.

Responsibilities

• Use online bookkeeping software e.g. Xero/QuickBooks Online
• Post invoices and prepare customer statements
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare management accounts and statutory accounts
• Prepare VAT returns
• Prepare personal tax returns
• Provide weekly client bookkeeping visits and assist client queries
• On the job and 3rd party training will be provided
