Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in an accounting or finance support role.
  • Working toward, or already qualified as, an Accounting Technician.

Responsibilities

  • Processing AP and AR transactions.
  • Conducting bank, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations.
  • Preparing journals, accruals, and assisting with general ledger maintenance.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close.
  • Assisting with VAT returns and basic payroll duties.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Producing ad hoc financial reports for management.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Assisting senior finance staff with process improvements.

What you’ll do
  • Processing AP and AR transactions, including invoices, statements, payment runs, and payment allocation
  • Conducting bank, petty cash, and credit card reconciliations
  • Preparing journals, accruals, prepayments, and assisting with general ledger maintenance
  • Supporting month‑end and year‑end close, including preparing reports and reconciliation schedules
  • Assisting with VAT returns, basic payroll duties, and compliance activities
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring strong data integrity
  • Producing ad hoc financial reports and analysis for management
  • Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to resolve finance‑related queries
  • Assisting senior finance staff with process improvements and ongoing finance projects
About You
  • 1–2 years experience in an accounting or finance support role
  • Working toward, or already qualified as, an Accounting Technician
  • ERP experience
  • A team player with a willingness to take on new challenges
