We have plenty of exciting career opportunities for Civil Engineers and Technicians with experience in drainage and infrastructure design looking to further their professional development, attain promotion, or improve earnings in 2026.

We have a number of roles across the South West, in Exeter, Plymouth, Bristol, Bath, Swansea, Cardiff, Somerset and London - perfect for someone with:

  • At least two years of post-graduate experience in a UK consultancy environment
  • A civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • Residential sector awareness, and section approval experience desirable
  • Drainage design and associated software experience (InfoDrainage, MicroDrainage, Flow etc)

And for the more senior engineers...

  • Chartered status or working towards
  • Client management and business development experience
  • Enthusiasm for developing junior staff and supporting a team
  • Experience in working with clients and managing stakeholder relationships
