This pivotal role plays a key part in delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse client base, while supporting the smooth operation of our business through accurate administrative support.

Key responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality customer service via phone and email.
  • Performing accurate data entry, filing (both manual and electronic), and general office administration.
  • Utilizing computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Supporting the team with a positive and proactive attitude.
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has a strong interest in working within an administrative environment.

  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
