A governmental body in Westminster seeks a Quality Assurance Manager for a job-share role, focusing on high quality recruitment campaigns. The position offers a hybrid working model and a salary starting from £40,014, along with a range of benefits to support diverse working cultures.

We are looking for one Quality Assurance Manager to job-share with an existing Quality Assurance Manager to help deliver high quality recruitment campaigns at pace. The role is 60% FTE with a working pattern of Wednesday–Friday each week.
The Judicial Appointments Commission (JAC) is an independent public body responsible for designing, planning, and running recruitment campaigns to select judges in the courts and tribunals, up to and including the High Court, as well as non-legal tribunal members. We aim to keep processes robust, inclusive, and attractive to candidates from the widest possible backgrounds.
The duties described are not exhaustive. The job holder may be required to undertake reasonable alterations and additional tasks of a similar level as necessary.
JAC staff work in a hybrid way with a minimum of 40% per week in the London Westminster office. In periods of busy activity, successful applicants may need to attend the office or interview venues for more than 40% per week, which could include early starts and longer days.
