Role and Responsibilities

Job Category: Joules Retail

Position: Supervisor in one of our retail stores. Lead the sales team by example with an excellent understanding of product and a friendly, welcoming approach to provide excellent customer service, ensuring your team does the same. Flexible working options are available. Shifts apply: 7.75 hours per week; Sat 08:45 - 17:15. As a Supervisor you will think commercially and have the ability to work with the Store Manager to create a shopping experience that is unique to the Joules brand. Working with the management team, you will support the development of the sales team and ensure customer needs are met.
