12 hour continental shift system (Days/Nights) - Work 12 shifts in a 28 day period

Our customer communications client is looking for a skilled Digital Print Operator to join their growing team. This hands‑on role involves operating and maintaining a variety of digital print equipment to produce high-quality printed materials for a diverse client base.

Candidate Responsibilities:-
  • Operate Xerox Nuveras, Canon Cut Sheet Inkjet, and Ricoh 7/9 series printers.
  • Load and adjust various media (paper, vinyl, reels) as required.
  • Monitor print quality, troubleshoot issues, and carry out routine maintenance.
  • Prepare and impose digital files using RIP software.
  • Perform quality checks throughout production, completing relevant documentation.
  • Maintain ink/media stock levels and report shortages.
  • Liaise with production teams to ensure jobs are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.
Ideally you will have:
  • Experience with digital print equipment and software.
  • Good understanding of print processes and colour management.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
