A local educational institution in Swindon is seeking a dedicated coach to empower young people with additional needs. You will work with employers to promote neurodiversity in the workplace and support students to thrive in employment. The role includes building relationships, coordinating placements, and maintaining accurate records. Applicants should be experienced in supporting youth employment and have a minimum of Level 2 qualifications in English, Maths, and ICT. Benefits include 15 days holiday and a generous pension contribution.
Salary: £15,611.40 per annum
Contract: Fixed term contract
