A leading training provider in Ebbw Vale is looking for a Youth Learning Mentor to create a safe and engaging learning environment for young learners. Jobs Growth Wales+ (JGW+) is an exceptional training and development programme designed for 16–19‑year‑olds. It helps young people gain the skills, qualifications, and experience they need to progress onto an Apprenticeship, start their own business, or secure their dream job.
Our dedicated team are passionate about supporting learners to reach their full potential, ensuring each individual is guided and empowered every step of the way.
JGW+ is looking for a passionate and dedicated Youth Learning Mentor to join our team. In this role, you will create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where young learners can thrive. You will support learners in achieving their qualifications, manage classroom behaviour, and provide tailored one‑on‑one and group assistance.

You may be required to travel to different centres to support learners.
