What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage cross‑border legal matters for the company.
• Provide legal guidance to senior management on business operations.

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts and partnership agreements.
• Oversee risk management related to AI, data use and digital technology.
• Establish and maintain internal compliance and governance policies.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and global legal teams.

• Post‑qualification experience in corporate, regulatory or technology law.
