Job summary

A growing client in Newport is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Service Advisor for a full-time, office-based position. You'll be responsible for answering inquiries from Italian-speaking customers, advising them on products and services, and managing customer data. This role is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Ideal candidates will be fluent in Italian and have experience in customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Italian, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.
• Ability to operate office software for data entry.
