PC, Laptop & Mobile Device Repair Technician and Customer Service – Professional, friendly communication with clients.

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated technician to join our busy technology and parcel-service hub. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in computer, laptop, and mobile device repairs with excellent customer service skills. You will deliver high-quality repairs, diagnose complex issues, and ensure customers receive clear, helpful updates throughout the process.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of computer hardware, mobile devices, and software systems
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
  • Build custom PCs, perform system upgrades, and recommend hardware improvements
  • Manage technical support tickets, maintain detailed service records, and liaise directly with customers to provide timely solutions
  • Ensure all repairs and services meet company quality standards and industry best practices
  • Assist with daily operations of our DHL Service Point and DPD Drop-Off Point, including receiving parcels, scanning shipments, and providing courteous support to courier customers
