Qualifications

• BTEC / NVQ level education or vendor specific certification preferred.
• At least 1 years' experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support users in local sites and offshore installations.
• Maintain IT hardware and operational software.
• Assist in monitoring resource availability for end users.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Attend training courses as necessary.
