A technology service provider is seeking an IT Support Technician to act as the first point of contact for customer IT issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents using problem-solving skills and remote support tools, while maintaining clear communication with customers. Salary: £25,077 + Profit Share + Benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week full time
You will be taking calls from customers and helping to resolve their IT issues; you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
