We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll provide first and second line support to users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively. You’ll also act as backup for other team members, helping us maintain a high level of service across the business.

What you’ll do:
  • Respond to user queries and incidents via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
  • Escalate complex problems to specialist teams when needed.
  • Provide secondary cover for colleagues to ensure service continuity.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvements.
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • ITIL knowledge and relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus.
