Job summary

An environmental services company in the UK seeks an IT Support Engineer responsible for maintaining IT and communication systems.   • Implement company hardware and software.
  • Handle technical support queries (local and remote).
  • Perform network installations.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in all tasks.

General networking skills (DHCP, DNS, etc.)
Familiarity with firewalls and subnets
MS Windows 10 & 11
MS Office 2016 & O365
Microsoft Server (2012–2022)
General hardware diagnostics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description

As an IT Support Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining all IT and communication systems across the Adler & Allan Group. You’ll oversee installation and maintenance of local IT systems, ensuring our IT service meets organisational needs while remaining commercially focused.

This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional travel to sites nationwide and overnight stays when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide network support across the group

  • Handle technical support queries (local and remote) using Lansweeper & TeamViewer
  • Perform network installations
  • Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in all tasks
