A leading cider maker in the UK seeks an IT Support Technician to join their dynamic team. This full-time position requires troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT requests, and building relationships across the business. Ideal candidates will have extensive IT support experience, knowledge in Microsoft 365, and networking concepts. A proactive, people-oriented individual who works well under pressure is essential. This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic IT team, where you will be the first point of contact for all IT support queries, troubleshooting and resolving issues as well as building and managing hardware. This role is based full-time at our Myrtle Farm offices, 5 days a week.

Our IT team plays a vital role in supporting innovation and growth, recently contributing to the implementation of a new canning line and several other strategic projects.
In this role, you'll dive into supporting all aspects of our infrastructure across the business, working with relevant hardware and IT applications, to continuously improve both efficiency and IT security across our site. You’ll be working closely with a variety of people across the business, building relationships to support them with IT tickets, resolving any queries in a swift and professional manner.
