IT Support & Network Engineer
Location: Ballymena
Salary: Up to £45,000

A fast-growing, innovative manufacturing organisation based in Ballymena is seeking an experienced IT Support & Network Engineer to support and enhance its internal IT infrastructure during a period of growth and transformation.

This is a hands-on role providing day-to-day support across LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and firewall environments, while also contributing to infrastructure, cloud and security improvement projects. You will support Windows and macOS users, administer Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365, and play a key role in incident management and technical troubleshooting.

The role suits someone with strong networking knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, who is comfortable working independently and as part of a wider IT team. Participation in an out-of-hours rota and occasional travel will be required.

Salary is up to £45,000 depending on experience, with strong opportunities for career development in a progressive, engineering-led organisation.
