Qualifications

• Basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Experience with hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users.

• Conduct routine maintenance and updates on systems.
