IT Support Analyst

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their team based in Lichfield on a permanent basis.

Please note, the role will require you to be on-site for 4 days per week.

You will be a key member of the Technical Infrastructure team and the primary point of contact for all end user desktop, device, and access‑related issues across the business. This role delivers high‑quality End User Support (EUS), Field Services, onboarding/offboarding, and technical troubleshooting to ensure that all staff have reliable, secure, and productive technology.

IT Support Analyst – Key Skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or Field Services
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, applications, devices, and networks
  • Prior experience working as a primary support contact or senior escalation point
  • Experience administering Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and own issues end‑to‑end
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑service skills
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams
