Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their team based in Lichfield on a permanent basis.
Please note, the role will require you to be on-site for 4 days per week.
You will be a key member of the Technical Infrastructure team and the primary point of contact for all end user desktop, device, and access‑related issues across the business. This role delivers high‑quality End User Support (EUS), Field Services, onboarding/offboarding, and technical troubleshooting to ensure that all staff have reliable, secure, and productive technology.
